There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in or check-out may be accommodated. Earliest is at 2 PM for $35 and the latest is 12 PM for $35. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay, but due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants.
