No subletting. No AirBNB. Proof of rental payment history is required as well (i.e., Zelle, QuickPay, cancelled rent checks, money orders). Every person over the age of 18 must apply. Only those listed on the lease may live in the unit. All tenants are responsible for electricity, gas and cable/internet. A 2-year lease or longer is highly preferred and the lease will end in the summer months. The second year lease amount will increase by $50 per month. The lease can then be renewed for a third year.
