The kitchen and eating area with maple cabinets is larger than my first apartment, and the slab granite is less than 9 months old. There is a DVR security system with cameras and remote monitoring, a laundry room on the second floor, a loft, coffered ceiling in the master bedroom, and a front porch to take in your rather nice neighborhood. The rear yard has a full length patio covered with that amazing, I can’t believe its not wood, low maintenance, low headache aluminum patio cover. The glass beads in the fire pit will make you look forward to the signature cool evenings in Temecula and the fruit trees are mature enough to tempt you into improving your eating habits; peach, pear, apple, plum, orange, clementine, lemon and lime. In the past 9 months the house has been painted inside and out, new blinds were installed, the carpet was replaced and tile was installed on the first floor high traffic areas.
