Once approved, a holding agreement & earnest money equal to at least one month's rent are due by the end of business day to secure & hold the property. Earnest money is credited toward the total required move-in costs. A 1x $299 non-refundable admin fee is due at lease signing.

Pet Screening is required for all applicants:
No fee if no pets or ESA/assistive animals (documentation required). Pet owners pay $30/pet via credit card; additional pets are $30 ($25 via ACH).
