Dates are somewhat flexible. Safe, quiet neighborhood, 3 miles from Venice Beach, 4 miles from downtown Santa Monica and the Promenade, near UCLA & SMC, plenty of street parking, no permits required. All amenities including Hi Speed Wifi, Large Screen TV, clothes washer/dryer. All utilities included.
Non-smoking, no pets. Security deposit $3495.

Total amount due upon acceptance of rental agreement: Security deposit, first, and last month's rents for a total of $10,485 ($3495 of which is a refundable security deposit). Then $3495/month payable on the first of each month thereafter.

I will be traveling and would like to rent my home to the right person/people when I'm gone.
I am looking for someone to both enjoy, as well as care for, my home while I'm away. Suitable for a couple or an individual.
I am somewhat flexible with my dates, so if you are interested let me know and I will try to work with you.
I have done this before, and it has been a good experience for all parties.
