There are so many options available for whomever purchases this property. They are only limited by their imagination. Investors... what can you do with 20 acres of lakefront property with 3 splits? Spec homes? Condo's with deeded dock space? Buyers with the financial means... what could you do with this property if you were successful in purchasing it? Update the house and polebarn or replace? I've seen Mega Homes built on lake lots for millions of dollars with neighbors stacked on top of each other. Why not do that here? What value does privacy add to your new home?
