The second floor offers a master suite, full bath and additional bedroom. In 2012 a detached two bay garage barn and office were added with interior finish by the construction firm of Ohara & Gercke, providing storage for cars and sporting gear and creating a well-appointed professional office space on the second floor. With lovely perennial gardens, stone walls and, according to local lore the oldest sugar house in the Town of Pomfret, this jewel box of a home will appeal to those looking for efficiency, combined ease of ownership and operation without sacrificing style and location.
