Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100.

Smoking inside the house is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. A hot tub cleanliness fine of $250 may be assessed for failure to shower before entering the hot tub, using bath towels instead of beach towels, exceeding the maximum occupancy of 7 guests, allowing unsupervised kids, diving or jumping, bringing food or drink into the tub, using glass near the hot tub, or failing to cover the hot tub after use.
