The community pool is within walking distance though. There is a 6 x 6 laundry room, which opens to the two-car garage. Regal Oaks was built in 2001 and has 120 homes in a residential family neighborhood setting very close to shopping, the new Town Center Mall and close to I-75. The HOA is self-managed and meets once a year every March. The annual dues are only $425.
