On the lower level is a half bath, the sizable laundry room, a storage room and the entry into the two car garage. The James McCosh house was built in 1887 as his retirement home. In 1980 it was moved to Nassau Street and tastefully divided by Robert Hillier into two units, maintaining the integrity of the original house. Though an historic house, it was fitted with a new foundation, new wiring and plumbing and sheetrock walls. A great combination of the old and the new.
