The permit was pulled in 1962 but it was not occupied until 1965. The attic decking is tongue and groove and all walls are insulated, as are the floors and ceiling. The studs are every 12 inches versus every 16 inches. The original hardwood floors are under the carpet in the hallway, formal living room and bedrooms. The kitchen and living area are open and spacious, which is extremely uncommon for the time this home was built. The bedrooms are quite large and the "formal living room" can be whatever you choose it to be. Sliders all along the back of the home give an extraordinary view of the pond.
