About This Home

As of August 2021

Brick Ranch walkable to King Springs Elementary because we did it. This is the personal home of the listing agent that was renovated originally 15= years ago and has had major upgrades throughout. All windows were replaced 2 months ago and the exterior trim has been repainted. Both bathrooms have been renovated and the Master Bath was gutted and renovated again just a couple of years ago. The basement has been used as the family gaming/exercise/office/school. There is a completely unfinished portion of the basement that has been used for shop and storage. Have kids that play Baseball/Softball? We did and that is why there is a full 60'x14'x12" batting cage in the backyard. The Cage can be left, but the pitching machine does not stay.
