Windsor Homes was founded locally, in Greensboro, North Carolina, by Tom Hall and David Howard over 20 years ago. It was important for our founders to be local so they could come home to their families at the end of the day. They set out to build quality homes to meet the needs of individuals and families at a price that they could afford. Though we are rooted in the center of North Carolina, a few years ago we expanded and started building our homes on the North Carolina coast, near Wilmington. We work hard to build quality homes in locations carefully considered to support your lifestyle and values. Over the years we have built more than 4,000 homes in over 75 communities.
