Kitchen remodeled with new appliances in Stainless steel. Good cabinets and table tops. Sink needs a little work but otherwise an excellent kitchen with walk-in pantry.

Spacious entry, large open areas and french doors viewing San Jacinto. Fireplace set between living rooms, functional but could use cleaning. Balcony also overlooking yard and great view of San Jacinto.

Most bedrooms have a dedicated bathroom, a few share bathrooms. Master bath recently remodeled. New water heaters on both sides of house.

Very unique design, no space wasted. One bedroom has a loft, three have window seat storage, one room has a double dog door (for insulation) through the window seat, Kitchen is nice with a 6 burner professional range and island countertop, yard is great especially with mangoes, large driveway and billiard room are nice Neighbors are great, rarely have any problems with anyone. tons of space between lots so it takes effort to see anyone. House is practically invisible from the street to some people; this is a blessing unless it is invisible to you (renters have had trouble returning home). Great impression when you pull in the driveway.
