This home was built in 1968. We love this home because it's such an awesome mix of old and new. We have been very mindful of updating the home while maintaining the original cool vibe/feel of a 1968 ranch. This house sits on one of the BEST spots on Lake Moultrie--the Pinopolis Cove is a great place to watch boats, water skiers, jet skis, etc. The lot sits in a spot where you can see the big open water as well. The cove is usually one of the calmest spots on the lake even when the water is rough. The neighborhood is simply awesome--all custom homes, mature landscaping, tucked away from the rat race but close to Moncks Corner stores...and our neighbors are incredible!
