About Sanders Apartments
Sanders Apartments is a Low-Income property. Sanders Apartments is “a great place to live” according to what our residents have said. We have studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Rent is based on income and consideration is given for medical expenses. Sanders Apartments are exclusively for independent living people 62 years of age or older.
Stove, microwave, refrigerator, hot water tank, baseboard heaters and wall A/C unit are provided in apartments. A laundry facility, outside garden and patio area with picnic tables, fitness center, business center, community lounge and parking are just some of the available amenities. Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 12:30pm to 4:00pm.
