This unit is pool side and an end unit with a great covered patio. The home is open concept with vaulted ceilings and wood plank tile in living room, dining and kitchen. Carpet in the bedrooms is only a year old. New dual pane windows and sliding door were installed in 2016. Great storage and large closets! There is only one shared wall with the neighbor and the ceiling was insulated and the unit was soundproofed when updated and painted in 2016.
