Free parking is available in the attached parking garage. Pets are welcome with a fee structure as follows: $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available for an additional fee of $25 or $50, respectively, subject to host approval. A free parking pass is provided for convenience, but a $25 replacement fee will be charged for any unreturned or missing parking pass. The garage has an 8'2" clearance. The building offers unrivaled amenities including a rooftop pool, executive lounge with a pool table, gym, free espresso, and BBQ.

Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot upon check-out. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. No locals (zip codes starting with "46") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and must be approved by the host. Pet Rules Policy: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs, no Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. The common areas include a coworking space, billiard table, and gym. You will be the only one with access to the entire apartment.
