A cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Guests must have a valid parking pass displayed at all times to prevent towing, with only one overnight pass allowed per condo. Golf carts cannot be parked in a parking spot and must be parked in the grassy lot across Buenos Aires.

Guests must adhere to building and pool rules. Front desk hours are 9 AM - 6 PM Sunday to Thursday and 9 AM - 9 PM Friday and Saturday. Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages or extra cleaning if needed after their stay. Pets are not allowed.
