This space is a part of a larger home that has a pool. The pool is not shared - only accessible for those in the larger home. That home has its own backyard, laundry, parking, entry, etc. This space also has it’s own private laundry, parking, entry, and backyard. No smoking of any kind is allowed on property. The entire deposit will be withheld for breaking this rule.
Wifi and lawn care are included in the rent price. Utilities are an additional $100/month and shall be paid with rent on the first of the month. Utilities will not be put in your name. Pet fees apply. Cats and/or dogs allowed.
