We don’t use cheap imported ceramic as it cracks and is not as strong. Quartz, granite or retro tile counters, high-quality stainless-steel appliances—gas oven/stove, garbage disposal, (recessed lighting and fridge in some units). No ugly vertical blinds. Nice size living room, lots of natural light, bedrooms are average size. Air conditioning in living room and some in bedroom also. Two laundry rooms with new equipment and low cost to use. Tub/shower combination with attractive vanity and lighting. Kohler toilet. Walk-in showers in other units. Easy access outdoor parking near unit, or covered parking with storage (additional $50/month). Most units are far from street noise, and about half our residents have small pets. 30lbs or less/certain breeds only/will consider older pure breed labs/goldens to enjoy their golden years here. Pet rent $30 per month/$500 security deposit, $250 non-refundable.
