The interior features all-new built-ins and millwork, including custom Fenix laminate over baltic birch and Wilsonart Traceless laminate over baltic birch, custom pegboard for the craft room/office is also birch. The bedrooms and bathrooms have wire brushed douglas fir cypress casework, there is additional hallway storage, new engineered white oak flooring and built-in bookshelves throughout. In fall and winter, a unique humidification system and working fireplace in the living room keep the spacious interior cozy and inviting.

Living room light fixture is from BDDW, kitchen island pendants are Ladies and Gentlemen, and the pulley lights in Primary Bedroom are from world renowned Dutch Design firm, Studio WM.
