This South Austin neighborhood is within two miles of coffee shops, beer gardens, breweries, and a winery. The South Congress, South Lamar, and South First Street locations are a very short ride. Downtown is only 15 minutes away. Sazan Ramen, Valentina’s Tex-Mex BBQ, The Little Darlin’, Summer Moon Coffee, Radio Coffee & Beer, and El Chilito are all nearby. The airport is 10 minutes away, Zilker Park and South Lamar are 10 minutes away, the Eastside (6th street) is 12 minutes away and The Domain is 20 minutes away.
Smoking is not allowed, and the minimum smoking fee is $250; however, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks, parties, and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. There are exterior cameras at the property, please do not tamper with them. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
