Smoking is not allowed, with a minimum smoking fee of $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. There are exterior cameras at the property, please do not tamper with them. The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesday for this property, please do not place any trash bags into compost or recycling. There is a Green Egg Grill available for use in the backyard, guests are kindly asked to bring their own charcoal supplies and extinguish any flames/coals after each use. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing, failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the home's window units above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the setting by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
