Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Noise detection monitors are present. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled time. Unauthorized pets incur a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, and any permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Comforters should not be washed by guests to avoid damage.
