Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized animal or pet incurs a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Towels and linens must be kept in good condition, and guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Local guests must inform at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay, or the reservation will be canceled without exceptions or refunds.
