There are properties in this region where, no kidding, you have to have a snowmobile to reach the property in the winter months.
"This unit offers you an underground parking space, which means that you will not have to scrape ice and snow off your car every time you want to leave the condo. Some of the other condos in the area do not have underground parking available - so if you end up with one of those, prepare to spend a big chunk of your vacation time digging your car out of the snow.
"Some of the other condos in the area don't come equipped with full kitchens. It's lovely to be able to cook up a midnight snack, an early breakfast, a late dinner or a little something to eat whenever the urge strikes and not be at the mercy of the operating hours of the local cafes, restaurants and convenience stores.

This condo complex has some full-time residents, some part-time occupants and some units that are typically used as vacation rentals.
