$ 250.00 per month.
2. What does HOA fee include?
Water/Sewer, Building insurance, building flood insurance, electricity for outside lights, and common areas, garbage pickup, cleaning of the parking lot, laundry room and vacuuming of the stairwell once per week.
3. Can buyers rent out the place?
Yes there is an annual fee of $500 to rent yearly and a $250 annual fee for seasonal rentals. The annual rentals are subject to review by the condo association. Both rentals are also subject to the Borough of Seaside Heights ordinances on certificate of occupancy and noise violations. One of the condo bylaws is quiet time is from 11pm to 7am and will be strictly enforced. Weekly rentals allowed.

Cats and small dogs under 25lbs are permitted for owners. Dogs that are deemed aggressive by insurance companies are not allowed and dogs that are deemed aggressive by the condo board must be removed from the premises. The owners are responsible for curbing and picking up after their dog. Renters are not allowed pets.
