Located 45 minutes west of Paso Robles, this Gallegos Ranch 80 acres is as off the grid as you might want, with on the grid availability of power/water. The small cabin on the property is not habitable, but has power running to it. The power to the area of which has been built upon was trenched and ran underground which you can see in the photos. There is a small "garage" and an area that was cleared for an RV. The beauty of this parcel in the Ranch is that it is not inhibited by creek access. It is the first driveway off to the left once you are in the gate.
A large portion of the 80 acres is in dense wilderness. The 2500 gallon holding tank onsite is full, however, the well test came back at 3 gpm and is a shallow well. Drive By's are not recommended. The Gallegos Ranch area is gated and locked.
