This apartment is on the second floor, light and airy, in a small block of four apartments only.

NO PARKING except for deliveries. Past tenants have had no problem parking in streets nearby. Or local garages are available. Bikes and surfboards can be accommodated. Quiet dogs and loud cats are welcome, but I need to meet them first. Near the beach so it is wonderfully crazy, but none of my tenants have ever felt unsafe here. Free Laundry facilities on site.
Rent is $2495 per month including water but you pay gas, electric and internet. I will need first and last month in advance, and prefer one month security deposit. Twelve month lease preferred, then month to month may be negotiable.
It is available from September 18th. It can be viewed before then if you are serious, but current tenant has removal boxes everywhere and it won’t be cleaned
These units usually go quickly, it’s a wonderful place to live.

LOCATION: Very close to beach, but just far enough from the craziness of the boardwalk. Allegedly in the hippest urban hotspot between Rose and the famous Abbot Kinney district. You can walk to the great shops and cafes on Main Street, or stroll/bike along the Venice Boardwalk (or a free bus) to Santa Monica, the Pier and Third Street. Local amenities in this free-wheeling artistic community include cultural, entertainment, shopping and dining. The ocean and sandy beach offers volleyball, biking, basketball and tennis nearby, and surfing, kayaking and fishing.
