Dear future homeowner, I wanted to introduce myself and let you know a few things about me. I don’t have a name yet, but you can come up with some cute beach name for me. I would say that I definitely have potential and it won’t take much to turn me into a cute home. Some beachy décor, a little “dressing up” and you would be surprised with the results. I have a great location, you can be at the beach within minutes or if you don’t feel like walking, you can sit in a rocking chair on the front porch, or side deck or inside and stare at the ocean. I can make some money (check out the rental projection) for you too if you decide to put me in a rental program. I also have a few surprises – there is a downstairs area that is not included in the heated square footage (but it is heated and cooled) and I am permitted for 4 bedrooms! Think possibilities! My roof was replaced in 2019, I have vinyl exterior (this means no maintenance!) and new plumbing (no polybutylene). I may just surprise you so come and see me soon!
