Hi…welcome to my home. When I purchased April, 2020, the home was a foreclosure. It was literally the worst house in the subdivision in every way. The worst yard and certainly it was in poor condition inside. Would it have new real, hardwood floors throughout the main floor and new carpet upstairs?
Would the entire home have been painted? (Foyer is only room not painted in entire home)
Would the basement be finished including 2 beds, full bath & a finished work room?
Would it have Cobb county taxes and McEachern school system? Google “McEachern family grant/gift/endowment left to the school district”. The campus is nicer than any community college I have ever seen. Academically, athletically and artistically the school is outstanding
Would it have a swimming pool, playground and tennis courts in the community?
Would you be located less than 20 miles from downtown, less than 30 miles from ATL airport?
Would you literally be able to move into your home and do nothing but relax and enjoy your new home?
