The house is deceivingly large at 2,375 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. I love all of the historical details left intact like working pocket doors, fireplaces and original floors. Tall ceilings add to its perception of size as well. There’s a huge renovated kitchen, great bathrooms and a large covered rear deck on owners side with ample room for a garden oasis. Despite the house being a shotgun, it doesn’t feel like one. The bedrooms are in back of the house with the kitchens in the middle—the best layout option in my opinion. I really like the spacious apartment that would be comfortable as either a full time or part time residence. The front porch is great for sitting and I love the colors of the house too! The listing price is an absolute bargain at $775k. Most homes this size and quality are listed for $850k-$950k. Extra bonus—it comes mostly furnished!
