Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
