The expansive outdoor area includes a large parking area, a 12x12 attached storage unit, an irrigation system, a fire pit, an Invisible Fence all around the property for your pet and mature landscaping including dozens of azaleas and knock-out roses. For security, two streetlights (paid for by the POA) are included on the street. This property is just a short distance from the Atlantic Ocean and Waccamaw River and is only 10 minutes from Brookgreen Gardens, 40 minutes from Myrtle Beach, 15 minutes from Historic Georgetown and just over an hour from Charleston.
