50th & Roosevelt is conveniently located in U-District. All apartments include a full-size laundry washer and dryer and a full kitchen including a dishwasher. Some units have a balcony included. Secured underground parking, rooftop grills, and instant-on gigabit fiber internet are also available. Pets are welcome and there is no "Pet Rent".
2-bedroom units available now. Units have a lease with a flexible start date to August 31st, 2026.
Security deposits will vary in price for unit size.
The first and last month's rent is due at the lease signing.
