House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Guests are responsible for all damages caused by pets, which must be kept clean and sanitary at all times. Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside and walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or equivalent must be used to remove pet waste from the property.
