Tenant Requirements: $25/adult application processing fee covers reviewing individual credit check and criminal background check, verification of rental history, and verification of employment/income history.
We don't expect perfection, but each applicant needs a Transuinon Resident credit score of at least 650. Combined before taxes income of tenants must be 3x rent. Cosigners with high credit score and income can help meet the credit and income requirements. Applicants with credit history showing a history of not paying bills, will not be approved. No felonies in last 10 years. No gross misdemeanors in last 5 years. No evictions. No smoking, No vaping, NO drugs.
