My wife and I moved to this beautiful home several years ago and we are so excited to have shared the experience to live in this amazing neighborhood and at this great location. There is Eola General store directly across the street where we can grab a sandwich, hot coffee or something to drink and enjoy the festivities. We fenced in the front yard to allow our dogs to play and often enjoyed sitting on the front porch and talking with neighbors. We decided to refinish the original wood floors and they are absolutely beautiful!! The kitchen has plenty of storage and counter space and we enjoyed using the gas range to prepare meals. The master bathroom is more like a suite and has a large walk in shower, dual sinks and is finished in travertine. There is a side yard that was perfect for smaller parties and keeping orchids and then a larger area in the back for entertaining. There is also a two car garage which is difficult to find in this area and as a bonus there is an apartment above that can be rented for around 1250.00 per month with no shortage of people interested. We hope you will enjoy this home as much as we did and decide to make it your own. You will love the charm, the neighborhood and the location where you can walk to everything!!
