An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays.

No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late check-out are available for additional fees.
