Ample paid street parking is available. Paid garage parking is available for stays longer than 7 days. An additional pet fee between $100 and $300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs; Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal; in some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means the police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. This home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. [SI]
