Elizabeth Apartments is located just off the 710 freeway in Cudahy, CA, making it suitable for any type of commute. Long Beach is located just South of us, providing residents with year-round access to the beach! Two minutes west of our community is Atlantic Avenue, lined with cultural eateries and a plethora of retail options.
With 27 units and controlled access entry, Elizabeth Apartments creates a warm environment for its residents. Each apartment comes with its own ceiling fan to keep you cool and refreshed during the hot summer months. Forget the trouble of using a laundromat because on-site laundry is provided for all residents. Residents can rest easy knowing that any issues that may arise with their apartment home will be handled seven days a week, 24 hours a day by emergency maintenance.
First floor units have hardwood floors running throughout the living room and kitchen, while newly carpeted bedrooms keep the rooms comfortable and cozy. Large mirrored closets help to simplify and conserve space in the bedrooms. For your convenience, each kitchen includes a stove, and refrigerator. There is no additional charge for assigned parking. We also allow two cats per apartment.
