Hi, thanks for looking at my home. My name is David and I have lived in this unit since 2001. I have called place home for quite some it's where I raised my son. But now our lives have changed for the better. Met a great women and will be getting married next year and find that I no longer need this place since my wife to be has her own place. The biggest thing I will miss will be the great water pressure in the shower, it is awesome. To my son it is the close proximity to the park. With the lovely 2 bedroom it was plenty of room for us, the master does have a walk-in closet. With hardwood floors looking out though large patio door and the balcony overlooks a meticulous maintained courtyard. I did replace the stove which is brand new and left the walls painted a neutral color. Public transportation is close Blue line train in under a mile and buses run as well. Laundry in basement with storage. Sorry but NO RENTALS!
