Landscaped and Prepaid for Hydro Seeding in the Spring. We have Rainscaped the Lot to include: The entire lot was sloped from the north side to the south side, so that water would drain to the south side of the lot and into the dry Creek drainage that was added in between the two property lines .
The dry Creek gathers the water, and funnels it down to the east side of the property and into the storm drain system.
