The dining room table is right next to the living room, which is nice for entertaining. Creating an open concept would be easy to do with the removal of the wall. The kitchen is small and cozy but gets the job done. The Fireplace rock wall is the centerpiece of the living room - the rock touches the ceiling, giving it an elegant yet comfortable home feeling, especially for those snowy winter days. On the hot summer days the home does have AC which is rare for Durango.
