The primary bedroom includes an en-suite full bathroom, while an additional full bathroom is available on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor. The home also includes a roomy office perfect for remote work with a spacious computer desk.
A 2-car garage is available for use. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests.

The neighborhood itself is a very peaceful area with cottage-style homes that delight with their historical architecture. Memorial Park lies south of the neighborhood, allowing all visitors to engage in fun outdoor activities. It's just 5 minutes to the beautifully green Memorial Park, 10 minutes to the beautiful Downtown of Houston, and 15 minutes away from the iconic Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros.
Only registered guests are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Landscaping is done once a week. Two security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly. The fireplace is out of order.
