There’s a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet.

Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Shoes off upon entry. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 9 a.m. No parties allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc. (fees will apply). No unlawful use of the home, such as illegal activities or substances. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. Use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal: Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. A laptop computer is not included. The building offers fantastic amenities, including a gym, community room with BBQ grills and games, a reading area, and a recreation room—all accessible with a key fob. You’ll also have an assigned underground parking spot for hassle-free parking. We do have outside security cameras for security and peace of mind. Transit is available within a few blocks.
