Seaview Farm, a historic circa 1808 center-chimney Cape Cod on 50 acres retaining many of its original features including three working fireplaces, wide pine floors, exposed hand-hewn beams, built-ins, hardware and woodwork. Once profiled in Yankee Magazine by Jake Chapline, it was named Seaview Farm because in the 1800s there was an unobstructed view of Portsmouth harbor, some 30 miles away.
