Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. Smoking inside or outside on the patio, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. House rules violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction. Potential for noise exists as this is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved.
