Smoking inside or outside on the patio, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations. Unauthorized animals or pets will incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. House rules violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and eviction. Potential for noise exists as this is a quiet residential neighborhood.
