There is a 4th bedroom (owners suite) that is not accessible to renters. Owners will share the shared spaces with renters on infrequent visits between September 1 - April 30th. 1 parking spot is available in the driveway for each bedroom renter (3 spaces total). Conveniently located about half-way between Frisco (5miles) and Breckenridge(6 miles) by the High School (Farmer's Corner). No pets. Renters will manage snow/ice removal from driveway and walkways and pay the gas/electric bill each month. Renters will supply their own queen-sized sheets/pillows/comforters. Renters must pass background check and credit check. $1,000 deposit + First and Last Month's rent due up front. Lease can begin as early as September 1 and will end on April 30.
