Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community; any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited; any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony; violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras; a first offense will result in a warning, and a second offense will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
